As we move towards a product and platform-driven organization from a services-based model to a productized platform, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a Panel Marketing and Retention Manager to contribute to our mission by driving healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, retention, and participation in our market research offerings.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage and retain healthcare professionals in Apollo’s market research panels, as well as re-engage inactive members.
  • Leverage Apollo’s proprietary survey technology to create, launch, and track member satisfaction surveys, using insights to improve engagement and inform content creation.
  • Manage Apollo Intelligence’s social media accounts, crafting engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and promoting HCP engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Member Recruitment team and B2B Marketing team to align marketing and recruitment efforts.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, engagement metrics, and member satisfaction data to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Impact-oriented team members who take initiative and drive strategic outcomes, combining creativity, analytical thinking, and execution to deliver meaningful results.
  • 5 years of experience in digital loyalty marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or market research industries.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot; experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse global healthcare provider audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset and ownership of ambitious goals within a team-driven mission.
