Looking to break into a career in Human Resources? The Entry Level Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for duties in a variety of areas. The HR Coordinator will assist with processing and maintaing employee records or changes, answering phone calls and email requests, assist with and process the department mail and among other administrative tasks.
Important Information
Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions through phone and email
- Accurately maintain HRIS data and personnel files
- Work within software programs such as Microsoft Office, excel, and ADP
- Other various administrative duties deemed necessary by HR Director
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Previous Experience with ADP a plus
- Must Work in the Tampa Office 3 days a week / Remote 2 days
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software – specifically Excel
