Important Information:
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between recruiting department and hiring candidate to ensure completion of on-boarding process
- Data entry
- Submit new hire paperwork and I9 form to hiring candidates
- Submit background checks and/or drug test requirements
- Submit New Hire Reports to recruiting department
- Work within software programs such as Microsoft Office & ICMS HRIS system
- Other various administrative duties deemed necessary by HR Supervisor
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software – specifically Excel
