Job Summary
SiriusXM is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to represent our brand at assigned automotive dealerships. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for implementing the radio refresh process, preparing vehicles outdoors on dealership lots daily, and meeting production goals at assigned dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Represent SiriusXM at assigned automotive dealerships and implement the radio refresh process.
- Meet daily targeted goals and objectives, and travel within assigned territory as needed.
- Log dealership activity daily for tracking purposes using proprietary software.
- Follow-up/auditing to ensure proper dealership support.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Team player with ability to manage daily responsibilities without supervision.
- Positive attitude with willingness to adapt to work environment.
- Ability to work outdoors on dealership lots daily.
- Proven track record for diligence in a remote position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Projects self-confident, professional image.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
