Key Responsibilities
- Deliver production-ready features at pace using TypeScript, React, and Postgres
- Develop core systems to automate workflows

- Shape the technical vision for a next-generation platform
- Partner directly with leadership to drive iterative execution and scale infrastructure
- Own features from concept to deployment in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment
Ideal Experience
- 2–8 years of software engineering experience, with clear progression and impact
- Strong command of TypeScript and React
- Comfort working within ambiguity and evolving priorities
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes
