Job Summary
The primary function of the Cooling Tower Crew Technician position is to serve as an integral part of the tower crew team, performing routine maintenance and cleaning duties and providing support to team members as needed at customer accounts. This position presents a great opportunity for someone to start with our rapidly growing company in an entry-level position, learn about our Compnay and the world of industrial water treatment, and have the opportunity to advance to other positions within the Company over time!

Job Duties
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on cooling towers at customer sites, ensuring that all work has been performed and properly documented
- Deliver materials and assist with installations at various customer locations
- Handle general warehouse duties and maintain an organized workspace.
- Be a team player and provide consistent support for team members at customer accounts as needed, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with Company culture
- Continuously strive for professional improvement by taking advantage of the Company's continuous mentorship opportunities
- Represent the Company professionally by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures established by the Company and customers
- Travel locally to customer sites, with approximately 10% travel outside of the assigned region
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and Company operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Team-oriented personality and ability and willingness to provide leadership and support for team members as required
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to physically provide service at customer facilities within a wide range of environments, including varying outdoor temperatures
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekend hours, depending on demand
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
