Job Description:
- We are looking for an Automation Consultant, someone who has strong experience with process optimization, Visio, and identifying cost saving opportunities.
- Financial operation experience is highly preferred.
- This position is 5 days onsite in Hershey PA at the headquarters, must be local as interview is onsite.
- This position supports the Manager of Process Optimization and other team members in leading Simply & Digitize (S&D) Enterprise Initiatives and Hershey Business Platforms (HBP) Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts.
- The focus is on blueprinting, designing, and implementing process improvements to add value, reduce inefficiencies, and mitigate risks for global processes.
- The ideal candidate enjoys identifying and executing Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings opportunities within Financial operations.
What You'll Do
- Optimize business process re-engineering, standardization, and simplification opportunities as needed
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify business requirements by understanding existing (as-is) or future state processes
- Partner with SMEs to define and design the Optimization roadmap as appropriate
- Create process maps from verbal explanations provided by SMEs
- Maintain the Process Optimization documentation repository for all initiatives led and executed by the Process Optimization team for archiving and historical reference
What You'll Need
Required:
- 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement of Financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Visio software
Preferred:
- Subject Matter Expertise in Finance is preferred
- Strong Visio Software Experience is highly desired
