The focus is on blueprinting, designing, and implementing process improvements to add value, reduce inefficiencies, and mitigate risks for global processes. The ideal candidate enjoys identifying and executing Continuous Improvement and Cost Savings opportunities within Financial operations.

What You'll Do
- Optimize business process re-engineering, standardization, and simplification opportunities as needed
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify business requirements by understanding existing (as-is) or future state processes
- Partner with SMEs to define and design the Optimization roadmap as appropriate
- Create process maps from verbal explanations provided by SMEs
- Maintain the Process Optimization documentation repository for all initiatives led and executed by the Process Optimization team for archiving and historical reference
Required
- 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement of Financial processes
- Proficiency in MS Suite and Visio software
- Subject Matter Expertise in Finance is preferred
- Strong Visio Software Experience is highly desired
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
