Job Summary:
- The PM will provide advisory services in toll technology, operational, and implementation oversight to tolling clients. The successful candidate will offer subject matter expertise throughout the toll revenue collection system and operations life cycle, from assessing the current state to planning for the future..
- Provide advisory services in toll technology, operational, and implementation oversight to tolling clients
- Offer subject matter expertise throughout the toll revenue collection system and operations life cycle, from assessing the current state to planning for the future
- Perform complex data and business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, need for additional decision-support tools and information, and arrive at actionable recommendations that can be implemented to improve business outcomes
- Participate in project management activities, including related oversight activities
- Provide regular and meaningful updates to clients on operational performance and analyze Service Level Agreements from toll system vendors
- Develop documents such as technology research reports, system assessments, operations assessments, procurement documents (e.g., requests for proposal for toll systems, back office systems, customer service and operations)
- Review documents such as procurement proposals, project plans, system design, test plans/scripts, software release notes, system upgrades and updates, etc.
- Support toll system and customer service center implementations, including oversight of design, testing, and installation
- Work as a member of a project team to provide toll program development, policy, technology, and operations planning as well as implementation and operations oversight as an advisor to toll clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of tolling operations, technology, and business processes
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Experience with IT systems integration or implementation
