What Youll Deliver
The Marketing Coordinator provides project management, execution, and support for APOLLOs marketing campaigns and events. It requires overseeing multiple projects while meticulously organizing both major and minor details to ensure success.
Responsibilities - We promise it wont be mundane.
- Campaign and project support - assist in coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, from digital to live events.
- Event logistics and coordination - working with cross functional teams to plan, promote, and manage events. Youll ensure materials are created and delivered, on-site details are handled, assist with promotion, and attend live events.
- Webinar coordination and promotion - plan, promote, and execute webinars for our B2B customers.
- Create and send emails - use templates to build, test, and send emails.
- Content creation - create marketing materials by updating templates with relevant information.
- Reports - assist in pulling data and preparing reports for internal stakeholders and partners.

Skills and Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience
- Ability to travel to events in the GTA
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Bonus Points
- Hubspot experience
- Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms
