Client Service Associate Reports to : Client Service Manager Status : Exempt Hours : 20-32 Hours / Week (your preference) We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Associate to join our esteemed wealth management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences by providing high-quality service and support. This position offers flexibility, with options for part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (32 hours per week) schedules. Duties : Communicate with Clients - answering office line during business hours and communicating with clients via email. Provide back-office investment operations support to financial advisors and their clients via a Salesforce tasking process which may include : Open New Accounts Money movement requests Account transfer submission Address changes Client distributions and RMD’s Client contributions and deposit General service requests Insurance and annuity service requests Work closely with custodial firms including Schwab and PKS Provide support on Alternative Investment subscription documents Work closely with the trading and billing team to ensure accounts are setup properly and timely Identify efficiency opportunities Office administration – opening physical mail sorting and scanning or saving as needed Assisting advisors with client review preparation – creating agenda, compiling notes / digital files from prior meetings, ensuring online accounts are accurate and up to date Minimum Education : No formal degree required; relevant experience will be considered.
