Reports to : Client Service Manager
Status : Exempt
Hours : 20-32 Hours / Week (your preference)
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Associate to join our esteemed wealth management team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional client experiences by providing high-quality service and support. This position offers flexibility, with options for part-time (20 hours per week) or full-time (32 hours per week) schedules.
Duties :
- Communicate with Clients - answering office line during business hours and communicating with clients via email.
- Provide back-office investment operations support to financial advisors and their clients via a Salesforce tasking process which may include :
