Title: Client Service Associate (CSA)


Job Summary:

TrailWise Financial Partners (TFP) is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm specializing in financial planning, investment management, and business consulting, located in Golden, CO. TFP is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Associate to join our team in our mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals and creating change in this industry.


Description:

The CSA is responsible for supporting the firm by gathering and organizing client information, preparing reports for clients and advisors, implementing recommendations, and tracking progress on various tasks.  In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in delivering high-quality financial planning and investment advisory services to clients and assist the team to ensure that client paperwork is handled in a timely, accurate and professional manner. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We also envision this role evolving to include responsibilities related to financial planning as the employee becomes familiar with our processes.

Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Gather and organize client information
  • Maintain and organize our CRM system, Advyzon, including creating and managing all workflows
  • Complete all ClientWorks (LPL Financial) related operational tasks
  • Assist clients with access to various portals
  • Implement various financial planning recommendations, including the preparation of account paperwork and coordination with clients and third parties
  • Respond to notifications and keep tasks organized; communicate with LPL when necessary to solve any problems
  • Ensure client meetings are scheduled according to planning process and annual review needs
  • Manage client information to ensure that electronic files are complete, organized, and secure
  • Attend meetings as requested by the advisor
  • Handle miscellaneous operational activities
  • Use, update, and improve existing written systems and workflows for all activities
  • Follow-up on assigned tasks and client needs in an organized and timely manner
  • Continue learning about this industry and proactively research operational best practices to ensure the highest level of service to clients
  • Contribute to the continually improving processes & procedures for TrailWise
  • Adhere with TrailWise compliance requirements
  • Implement trades on client accounts as directed by Advisor
  • Maintain investment models of the firm in various platforms


Qualifications:

  • Prior industry experience – ideally two or more years
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • High ethical standards, clean background check and credit check
  • Experience with trading platforms

  • Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
  • Willingness to collaborate with a team and bring independent research to the group
  • Strong understanding of all steps of the financial planning process
  • Strong focus on getting the details correct and handling sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames
  • Ability to develop, document, follow, and track work processes
  • Ability to resolve issues independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & comfortable navigating new software solutions
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
