Job Summary:
As our Paid Advertising Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our paid digital campaigns, maximizing ROI across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns, using a data-driven approach to achieve our business objectives. Role Responsibilities:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement high-impact PPC and paid social media campaigns across diverse platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, LSAs).
- Optimize and Scale: Utilize A/B testing, audience targeting, and retargeting to maximize conversions and scale successful campaigns.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Creative Collaboration: Provide clear creative direction to the design team for compelling ad creatives.
- Tracking and Reporting: Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign metrics, using tools like CallRail, Zapier, and Google Analytics.
- Local Optimization: Monitor and optimize Local Service Ads (LSAs) and Google My Business profiles to enhance lead generation.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research and implement the latest industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools (CallRail, Zapier, Outgrow).
- Google Ads Certified.
- Familiarity with Salesforce(Litify platform)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with SEO optimization and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in digital advertising metrics, bidding strategies, and budget management.
- Expertise in A/B testing, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
