We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Human Resources Administrator.
APP Properties (appjetcenter.com) is a domestic company operating four Fixed Based Operations at general aviation airports around the country and owning only hangars at a fifth general aviation airport. Fixed Based Operators provide corporate and business terminal and flight services, fuel, hangars, and other ancillary aviation-related services for non-commercial or general aviation passengers.
In this role, your responsibilities will include managing payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding and terminations, and general HR tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem solving, and independent work ethic and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities :
- Process Payroll Semimonthly for multiple locations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle new employee onboarding and terminations.
- Assist in employee training and development initiatives.
- Assist with compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Handle confidential HR matters with discretion.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as required.
