3. Location Planning
* Research and finalize a centralized location in Texas for the office and warehouse.
* Consider factors such as logistics, taxes, and accessibility for customers and suppliers.
4. Operational Setup
* Begin setting up the warehouse and office space.
* Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements.
5. Sales Strategy and Infrastructure
* Develop a robust sales process tailored to the US market.
* Build a database of target customers, including their specific needs and product preferences.
* Establish a CRM system to manage sales, leads, and follow-ups effectively.
