Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are self-disciplined, can multitask effectively, and are committed to personal and team success, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, referrals, and leveraging our CRM database
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Record calls on potential buyers, their current equipment, and callback dates after each business call
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or field-related experience
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Be results-oriented with demonstrated self-motivation and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Associate’s Degree: a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
