JOB SUMMARY
The Accounting Specialist should be an experienced, organized, energetic self-starter able to work independently to provide technical and administrative support for our accounting processes. This position and its responsibilities will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
DESCRIPTION OF SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- Duties / Responsibilities : Proficient with 10-key typing and data entry
- Assist with coding and entering AP invoices in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments
- Maintain accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, and receipts
- Assist the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts
- Record journal entries
- Other duties as assigned
