Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Earned Master's degree
Working knowledge of best practices in the student conduct field
Demonstrated experience making complex decisions
Able to serve all students
Excellent oral and written communication skills, a collaborative communication style, strong interpersonal skills, and proven ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Have working knowledge of Google and Microsoft suites
Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational abilities
Preferred qualifications:
Progressive experience in student conduct, student affairs, or related work
Knowledge of current trends and issues facing the student conduct field and higher education
Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines related to student conduct
Experience with Maxient or other database management systems
Enthusiastic about engaging with college students in an educational setting
License/Certification Required
Preferred Qualifications
Progressive experience in student conduct, student affairs, or related work

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties of the position include the following:
Assists with the day-to-day implementation and operation of the disciplinary process (academic and non-academic misconduct) and the management of the office
Manages the administration of the Maxient case management system to ensure its secure use according to the requirements of the university's institutional data policy
Acts as an administrator responsible for creating and deleting new user accounts
Develops and performs regular reviews and audits of user accounts, access levels, and group access permissions
Develops, tests and implements new system uses, including the creation of incident reports, letters, forms, outcomes, charges and analytics
Reviews Maxient records for compliance with university records retention policies, including the design and implementation of case deletion schedules
Serves as the lead contact to log and track system problems through resolution with the vendor
Designs, in collaboration with Maxient user groups, and delivers training to Maxient users
Leads regular meetings with Maxient user group liaisons for the purposes of improving system use, efficiency, collaboration, operation, security and the overall user experience
Serve as a Conduct Resolution Administrator as needed, reviewing, investigating, adjudicating, and managing conduct cases
Responsibilities can include other duties as assigned.
