Job Summary:
An insurance industry account analyst primarily focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of account information within the insurance company. They review and analyze customer accounts, verify policy details, and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues. This role often involves interacting with clients, brokers, and agents to gather information and provide support.
Responsibilities:
- Account Maintenance: Verify and maintain accurate customer accounts, including policy details, premium payments, and coverage information.
- Policy Changes: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Customer Service: Provide support to clients, brokers, and agents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to their accounts.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to accounts, identify trends, and contribute to process improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies.
- Account Reconciliation: Verify the accuracy of account balances and reconcile transactions.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to insurance accounts
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Commercial Lines insurance products and processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Education/Experience:
Preferred experience in personal lines Service, Sales or Underwriting

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
