We are are a professional, customer-centric, collaborative senior living team with a goal to provide stand-out senior wellness living and experiences at our community.
We seek an experienced CORE certified Senior Living Director to lead our professional team who has proven experience in business development as it relates to maintaining optimal occupancy, closing leads, maintaining on-going community contact and support in networking efforts. Candidate must be quality assurance oriented, proficient in AHCA regulation compliance, and have exceptional customer service acumen. Applicant should have consistent experience in senior living and/or long term care , excellent communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement resident retention methods
- Oversee census development and marketing efforts
- Monitor departmental performance
- Implement best practices and support established policies and procedures
- Train and motivate staff to ensure a high level of customer service
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaint resolution
- Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction
- Manage systems and provide assistance to manage budgets
- Lead all disaster planning preparation and management efforts
- Comply with all AHCA requirements and regulations to ensure compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
