What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assisted Living Administrator position at Assisted Living?
Position for an ALF Facility Manager with CORE training.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Knowledge of AHCA and APD guidelines.
· Implementing policies and goals.
· Monitoring a facility’s compliance with state, County, ACHA and APD regulations.
· Acting as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and community.
· Engaging with residents and staff via facility walkthroughs.
· Ensuring a safe, equitable, and engaging living environment.
· Assist with daily resident care when needed.
The ALF Administrator is responsible for outlining and coordinating services geared toward our residents who may require assistance with eating, bathing, taking medication and other basic functions. The Administrator will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility. As the Administrator, most work will be done in an office area but will be required to assist when needed with the needs of the residents.
This position requires a CORE certificate and at least one (1) year direct experience.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
