Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, assisting with documentation, and helping new employees integrate into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help with the preparation and delivery of employee training sessions and development programs.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related tasks.
- Support HR team with employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with HR-related research and data collection for reporting and compliance purposes.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
