Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager in Healdsburg, CA in Sonoma County. The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The General Manager works closely with the Co-Founders and Senior Leadership Team to provide exceptional experiences for guests, drive revenue growth, and maintain the highest standards of quality, and build a people focused culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel management
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth
- Proven people leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a high standard of quality
- Strong financial acumen and business skills
- Experience in culinary-focused hotels
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- California operating exeprience is highly preferred
- Love for Hospitality leading by example and creating a best in class customer centric envronment

Compensation
Compensation commensurate with experience. General base salary range $195K - $230K plus bonus and benefits and the opportunity to be a part of our team.
