Position: Desktop Support with strong VDI experience
Location: New York NY
Mode :- Contract || Long Term
Primary Responsibilities
- Installation of Kiosk devices (Connecting all the peripherals, Keyboard, Mice, Webcam, Uplink cable, Hub, Jabra).
- Experience with VDI.
- Display setting using dell display manager.
- Fixing Citrix related issues.
- Fixing hardware issues.
- Fixing Team outlook issues.
- Fixing addins issues with excel. L1 issues only.
- Helping them regarding the telephony issues. L1 issues only.
- Desktop and Laptop Support for W10, W11 and M365 Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
