About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PLM Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into PLM system configurations and customizations.
- Lead system integration initiatives between PLM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM systems.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
- Provide end-user support and training on PLM functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Stay updated with the latest PLM technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15 years of Proven experience in implementing and managing PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Oracle Agile, Dassault Syste mes ENOVIA).
- Strong understanding of product data management (PDM) and product lifecycle processes.
- 2 year of Hands-on experience with PLM system configuration, customization, and scripting.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware) and experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C .
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Worked with Siemens Teamcenter, and any certification.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based PLM solutions.
