What you will do:
- Focus on outbound calls only
- Calling potential customers from lead lists to generate interest in plumbing and electrical.
- Contacting existing customers to schedule routine maintenance appointments.
- Following up on customer inquiries or service calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Explaining pricing and service options to customers
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues where possible
- Maintaining accurate customer information in the company database
What you bring:
- 2 years of customer service within a call center
- Sales and service-oriented
- 2 years of call center experience, preferred
- 2 years of office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
- Flexible availability, reliable transportation
- Computer/ software knowledge a plus

Pay: $20-25 hour Commission
Location : Westchester, NY and Long Island , NY
Salary : $20 - $25
