*Responsibilities*
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
- Utilize company policies to solve customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or inquiries
- Process cash transactions and handle payments when required
- Keep a clean appearance of the front office and customer restroom
*Qualifications*
- Experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Proficient in phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting a diverse customer base
- Familiarity with outbound calling practices is beneficial
- Experience with cash handling is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
