What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Apple Brooke LLC?
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Residential youth program as the Program Manager in Spokane. We serve children and youth in Spokane who are receiving DDA services. This individual will be a self-starter, organized, ambitious and ready to grow with the organization.
The Program Manager will be responsible for the following [not all inclusive]:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the residence.
- Training and developing direct care staff and supervisors.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans and completing youth quarterly reports.
- Supporting Direct Care staff in providing treatment and services to the children/youth.
- Coordinating daily staffing schedules and coordinate client appointments.
- Maintain effective communication with DDA Case workers, state licensers and other external entities involved in youth care.
- Coordinating staff onboard training and continuing education.
- Be available by telephone during business hours and in-person as needed.
The individual we are looking for will need to be a jack of all trades and be willing to wear many different hats, based on the needs of the Organization. The role will grow with the Organization. We are offering a competitive salary to the right individual.
In order to be considered for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following requirements:
· A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations, or
· An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations; or
· Three years of similar, full-time experience working with vulnerable populations.
