Job Overview

Apple Moving is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure a seamless experience for our commercial clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, contracts, and proposals for commercial moving projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
• Coordinate logistics between sales, operations, and clients to ensure smooth execution of moves.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide follow-ups, and ensure excellent customer service.
• Track and report sales data, including leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Support marketing efforts by updating promotional materials and client communication.
• Manage CRM systems and maintain organized client databases.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in the moving, logistics, or service industry).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
