We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Bilingual CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Portuguese and have experience in collections, customer service, or accounts receivable.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding past-due accounts via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments to ensure payments are made.
- Document all collection activities and customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Research and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including customer service and accounting, to resolve billing issues.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor accounts to identify trends and recommend improvements in the collections process.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with collection software or CRM systems.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
