We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy speaking with people, and are confident in recommending products or services. This is an inbound call role that combines top-notch customer service with upselling

- 18 USD per hour (19 USD bilingual English/Spanish)
- Working hours will be scheduled between 11am to 11pm
- Availability to work on weekends.
- Training 2 to 3 weeks Mon- Fri 10am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, or service needs
- Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs
- Deliver a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Consistently meet or exceed upselling and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service/sales in a call center.
- Comfortable upselling during inbound calls
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
