As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and client relationships. This role involves a variety of customer-focused tasks, including order entry, accurate data entry, and prompt communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be expected to build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, manufacturer partners, foodservice operators, and distributor personnel.
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales efforts and client relationships. This role involves a variety of customer-focused tasks, including order entry, accurate data entry, and prompt communication with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Set up and manage manufacturer promotions
- Reconcile deductions
- Place and track sample orders, including receiving deliveries
- Support and promote FSE’s values and company culture
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
- Accuracy with 10key data entry
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to companyspecific systems
- Team player with a serviceminded attitude
- Receptive to direction and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and followup skills
- Dependable, punctual, and detailoriented
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
