- Start Date: May 9, 2025
- Training Duration: 3 weeks of training 1 week of nesting
- Training Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM EST (subject to change)
- Location: 8517 South Park Circle Building C, Suit 400 Orlando, FL 32819
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls from customers inquiring about debt cancellation products.
- Assist callers with cancellation requests, benefit initiation and follow-up and general product questions
- Guide customers through the website and support them in navigating available tools and resources.
- Ensure all communication adheres to company-approved scripting and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
- Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Authorized to work in the United States
