What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Supervisor position at Apple One?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Ensure data integrity by auditing NDCO, service territory, billing account, and geolocation data for all service accounts three times weekly.
- Lead onboarding and training for new Customer Resource team members, ensuring smooth transition and consistent performance standards.
- Monitor aging work orders (30 days), collaborating with Regional Service Managers to drive resolution and support service KPI targets.
- Manage customer service standards for our top ten clients, ensuring exceptional and consistent service delivery.
- Supervise a team of four direct reports, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Process and approve time-off and make-up time requests for direct reports, ensuring proper staffing and operational continuity.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a High School Diploma.
- Proficient with Excel Spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating procedures. Be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.
- Mathematical skills and knowledge of units of measurement
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
