Job Opportunity : LPN Charge Nurse
Differentials Offered :
- Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Weekend Differential : $1.50 for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday
- Additional Shifts Differential : Extra $5.00 / hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours
Available Shifts :
Responsibilities : The LPN Charge Nurse plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing nursing services for assigned residents. This includes adhering to quality care standards, facility policies, legal requirements, medical practices, and physician instructions.

Additional Expectations : All LPN positions require weekend an on-call rotation to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry. Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
