This role will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity, handling benefits, and HRIS functionalities.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Administer and optimize employee benefits programs, ensuring effective communication and support during open enrollment.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, resolving concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, conducting audits and updating processes as necessary.
- Generate actionable insights from Paylocity reports to inform HR strategies and decision-making.
