We are currently seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to join our Corporate Team at our Mounds View Center. This role is an essential part of our HR department, responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our mission-driven care model. You’ll lead recruitment efforts across multiple departments and provide support in hiring, onboarding, and staffing strategies.
Key Responsibilities

You’ll lead recruitment efforts across multiple departments and provide support in hiring, onboarding, and staffing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand staffing needs and timelines
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment tools
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications via ADP
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Help build Apple Tree Dental’s employment brand through outreach and partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or 2 years of equivalent professional experience
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with Lever and ADP preferred
- Healthcare or dental recruitment experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for connecting people to purpose-driven work
