Description
Minimum Qualifications
- Generally requires 8 years of experience leading sales planning and business operations, or similar experience in finance or analytics functions balancing between delivering short-term revenue goals while seeing around corners to enable future growth.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams to build and implement complex business plans and strategies. Build effective sales forecasting processes, ensure pipeline velocity, and lead account planning and business reviews.
- Proficient at distilling complex issues into actionable ideas, capacity to zero in on what is most impactful, and able to say no to good ideas so that we can do something great. This includes balancing changing priorities and fully utilizing tools, business metrics and sales processes to exceed business expectations.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions. Ability to interpret financials to drive investment decisions within a company.
- Proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
