Ideal candidates should possess and have the ability to demonstrate the following:
- Passionate about quality standards and willing to uphold and enforce those standards in a high-volume environment.
- Have the ability to prepare and cook product to menu specification as well as understand and precisely follow recipes.
- Possess basic cooking temperature knowledge (what is a medium burger?)
- Have the ability to remember product combinations and execute them to order.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a guest-focus.
- Be an effective communicator and team-player.
- Dependable and presentable – “walk the walk and talk the talk!”
- Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time.
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs. on a consistent basis.
