Quality Restaurant Concepts, LLC dba Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their Birmingham team. Quality Restaurant Concepts owns and operates Applebee’s restaurants in five states and is looking for a candidate with the following Skills / Qualifications :
Job Description :
- Maintain an AR schedule of all 3rd party vendor and commission rates
- Update AR schedule as commissions, contacts, or vendors change
- Reconcile Doordash deposits weekly
- Dispute error charges from Doordash weekly
- Dispute cancelled orders daily with each vendor
- Audit vendor commission charges monthly
- Reconcile dispatch disputed orders monthly
- Work with vendors on new store onboarding process
- Check 3rd party menus regularly to ensure menu pricing is correct
- Support stores with troubleshooting for cancelled or incorrect orders
