Responsibilities include:
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate all on-line orders for delivery, pick-up, or to-go.
Greeting customers in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive or call in.
Answering questions about menu items and other general inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Engage and communicate special promotions or information to customers in a friendly and understandable manner, making friendly personal connections.
Enter customers food and beverage orders accurately and quickly into the Applebee's ordering system, make customer changes immediately and communicate with kitchen as necessary.
Assist team members in packaging to-go orders, especially quality assurance that all ordered items are included.
Close out customers ticket in the Applebee's system, insure accuracy and take payments in a timely manner.
Work in partnership with delivery drivers.
At all times - Be respectful, friendly, maintain menu knowledge and promotions, resolving customer concerns whenever possible.
Multi-task these responsibilities continuously while on shift.
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
