Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV Park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors and staff members.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing onsite rules and regulations, monitoring expenses, and overseeing capital expenditure improvements.
2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all staff, visitors, and guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
3. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform various duties associated with maintenance and related programs, ensuring the park's facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
4. Marketing and Sales: Attract new customers and guests through excellent customer service, social media, and other marketing sources, promoting the park's amenities and services.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience: 10 years of experience in Asset or Property Management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Rent Manager management software.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to safely lift, pull, and push up to 25 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically, and visually look at a computer for extended periods.
