Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general facilities management within the clinic.
- Develop and maintain the center schedule for behavior therapists.
- Coordinate shift coverage and schedule changes.
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Update and maintain all supply orders for facility and client needs and manage office supply inventory.
- Manage general reception tasks related to the front desk.
- Oversee the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, including weekly operational reports for Director(s).
- Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and digital.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide general support for the behavioral therapist's team.
- Coordinate hiring and new hire onboarding for the clinic.
- Facilitate employee training and new hire orientation.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field preferred.
- Experience working with children ages 0-21 providing one-to-one in-home or center-based ABA treatment services; experience implementing the principles, methods, and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); Special Education; Speech and Language Therapy; or other Allied Mental Health and Human Services experience.
- 2-4 years working in an office management, office administration, or similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong event planning skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
- Ability to maintain accurate and organized files.
