- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies regarding food safety.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and optimize food offerings based on customer preferences.
- Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the culinary or food industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Experience with shift management, including scheduling and staff coordination.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems, specifically Aloha POS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
