Key Responsibilities:

• Process confidential hospitality payments and resolve a backlog of transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service to the public, departments, and municipalities, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with ordinances.
• Receive and apply payments for business licenses, property taxes, hospitality fees, and accommodation taxes to corresponding accounts.
• Answer public inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, explaining procedures clearly and assisting with applications, renewals, and forms.
• Process new account applications and amendments to existing accounts in line with ordinances.
• Maintain accurate data entry using a 10-key system, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to enhance operational efficiency.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
