Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Branch Operations and Compliance.
- Schedule and manage staff to ensure proper branch coverage.
- Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
- Review operational standards and verify the accuracy of all branch documentation.
- Oversee security procedures, including cash limits, keys, and alarm systems.
- Perform daily operational duties such as file maintenance, overdraft reports, and transaction approvals.
Customer Service & Sales Support:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences and resolve account disputes in a professional manner.
- Assist with teller duties, open new accounts, and conduct quality control reviews.
- Evaluate client needs and offer suitable financial products and services.
Leadership & Training:
- Supervise up to two branch employees, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Assist with performance management, including mid-year and annual evaluations.
- Recognize staff for outstanding customer service, sales, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including 2 years in operations.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a branch environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and security procedures.
- Notary Public certification is preferred.
