- Guiding clients through the initial claims process: Efficiently reviewing and assessing new claims, gathering essential information, and clearly communicating eligibility and next steps.
- Proactive Case Management: Expertly organizing and maintaining case files, diligently coordinating with medical providers, and ensuring timely documentation and adherence to deadlines.
- Building Strong Relationships: Serving as a dedicated point of contact, fostering clear communication between claimants, attorneys, insurance adjusters, and medical professionals, and providing regular updates.
- Ensuring Smooth Claims Processing: Accurately filing and tracking claims, upholding all regulatory requirements, and proactively resolving potential roadblocks.
- Supporting Fair Settlements: Assisting with negotiation preparation and empowering claimants by ensuring their cases are well-documented and presented.
- Maintaining Data Integrity: Diligently managing records, correspondence, and legal documents within our case management system.
What You'll Bring:
