What are the responsibilities and job description for the Claims Analyst position at JCW Group?
JCW is partnered with a property & casualty insurance company looking to add a Claims Analyst with expertise in commercial property and casualty claims to oversee and assess the claims activities of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs). This role is critical in ensuring TPAs operate within their authority and follow established guidelines, ultimately driving business growth and improving program results.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess TPA claims activity, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon processes, market segments, and territories.
- Utilize internal systems to review claim files, denials, reservations of rights, and settlements handled by TPAs.
- Verify that TPAs are operating within their authority and adhering to best practices.
Requirements
- Three years of claims handling, relevant litigation, and TPA management experience.
- Claims Evaluation and reviewing experience.
- Ability to work in-person in Charlotte, North Carolina.
