- Perform outbound collection calls.
- Review orders on credit hold, as needed.
- Send invoices and proof of deliveries to customers when requested.
- Negotiate payment plan for delinquent accounts.
- At least 4 years of high volume B2B collections experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP) and Word.
- Experience with ERP Systems (MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, NAV).
- Accounts Receivable experience.
- Accounting degree.
